Today, as I was saying bedtime prayers with Addison she reached forward and took both of my cheeks in her little hands. I was trying not to laugh and then she slipped her arms around my neck and gave me a big squeeze. She is not a snuggly kid so this was a rare and precious moment! Not sure why she felt like she had to squeeze my face first, but it was really sweet.
Also, a tooth brushing breakthrough! The last few days she has actually cooperated and let us brush her teeth without screaming as long as she can still hang on to the brush. It may sound insignificant, but I was so proud of my girl. She is getting so big!

That's great! The only way we can get Henry to let us brush his teeth is to pin him down and tickle him so he'll open his mouth. Those sweet moments sure are precious, though, aren't they?
