Addie got her first dancing lessons, which she seemed to enjoy thoroughly.

After all the festivities, we stayed and relaxed for a few days. I got to go mountain biking and four-wheeling, and was successful at wrecking both. Then we went for a hike, and found an old mica mine outside of town that was really neat. I didn't even know that mica was valuable for anything. It was really beautiful though. A lot of the mica was surrounded by white quartzite rock, and it was amazing when the sun hit it just right. Here is a not-so-great picture, but I think you can get the idea.

So that was pretty much the weekend, and the first part of the week. We stopped by Price for the night on the way back, so Addie got to see all of her grandparents within a few days. And now we're home and it's back to the old grind! Which means I should go to bed, because I have to be to work at 7 AM. Ugh.
